Protein Peanut Butter Crunch Bars

You know how I love my Midday Squares. Well, these Protein Peanut Butter Crunch Bars are the at-home dupe you’ve been waiting for! They hit all your cravings at once. They’re sweet and salty, creamy and crunchy, and just plain delicious. Plus, they’re packed with nutrients thanks to the addition of our FlavCity Protein Smoothie (you can go with dairy-free or whey). Once you make this quick recipe, just cut them into bars and store them in an airtight container. That way, when you’re ready for a snack, your snack is ready for you!
Makes eight bars

Ingredients

Directions

  • In a bowl, mix together the protein, coconut flour, and almond milk.
  • Add the chopped peanuts and mix.
  • Line a 4x6 container with parchment paper and evenly press the mixture into it.
  • Pour the melted chocolate chips on top.
  • Refrigerate the bars for 30 minutes.
  • Use the parchment paper to lift the mixture from the container and cut it into eight bars.
  • You can store the bars in the fridge for up to five days.

*Note: If using our whey-based protein smoothie, use just three scoops!
