If this does occur, we recommend first creating a paste! Use the serving size recommended of the product, and mix with a small amount of water. Once the paste is created, use the rest of the liquid to stir in and enjoy!
ShopFlavCity is the first and only company of its kind to offer a total smoothie in a bag. Our recipes use exclusively real, whole-food ingredients like organic fruit powder and with real ingredients, variance in weight does occur! No two apples are exactly alike, as is true with our Protein Smoothie creations. Based on actual weight, each and every Protein Smoothie bag contains 20 servings of our product, but not all scooping sizes will be the same.

We use USPS and UPS to ship products to our customers! Normally orders take 5-7 business days to receive!
Once an order is placed, we work quickly to have this order shipped to you, please ensure BEFORE placing your order that your address is correct. If you already placed your order, and the address is incorrect, please email our customer support team at hello@shopflavcity.com!
Once you are ready to check out, select the “View Cart” button, and click “Check Out”. You will be prompted to provide your card information and address, on the left side of the screen, there will be a section titled “Gift Card or Discount Code”. Type your promotional code there to receive your discount!
If you missed the opportunity to type in your discount code, don’t worry! You can email our customer support team at hello@shopflavcity.com, and we will be more than happy to apply the discount to your order!
Subscriptions
FlavCity subscriptions are available on most of our products! Once you sign up for a subscription, you will be billed and automatically shipped the product of your selection on a monthly basis.
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time! We encourage you to cancel your subscription a week before the automatic shipment date, in order to ensure you no longer receive this product. You can do this through the customer portal on ShopFlavCity.com or by emailing our customer support team at hello@shopflavcity.com!
