  • Blend the FlavCity Berries and Cream Protein Smoothie with 2 cans of coconut cream and maple syrup in a blender or food processor.
  • Transfer the mixture to an airtight container, and cover with a lid.
  • Place in the freezer for 4-6 hours, you can even stir the mixture every 60 minutes to prevent it becoming icy.
  • Allow it to thaw for about 20 minutes before serving topped with fresh strawberries and/or blackberries. Enjoy!
Recipe notes: If you freeze it overnight, let it thaw for 30 or more minutes. You can substitute full-fat coconut milk for the coconut cream, but it won’t be as creamy. Leftovers should be stored in the freezer in an airtight covered container.
