Ingredients

Directions

  • In a bowl, combine the yogurt with the FlavCity Protein Smoothie and set aside.
  • Dice up the banana and add it to the bowl with the yogurt/smoothie mixture, then roughly chop the walnuts and add them to the bowl as well.
  • Mix with a spatula to incorporate all the ingredients.
  • Line a sheet tray with parchment paper and add 2 to 3 large spoonfuls of the mixture to the pan. Then spread it out just slightly to make a 2- to 3-inch round disk. Repeat this until you have used all of the mixture to make 5 to 6 medium sized bites.
  • Put the sheet tray in the freezer for 3 to 4 hours until the bites are frozen.
  • Once frozen, melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler. Then drizzle the melted chocolate over the top of the frozen yogurt disks and enjoy!
Note: Store any leftover bites in the freezer and enjoy immediately upon removing.
