Directions
  • In a food processor, add the sweet thin crackers and the melted butter, and pulse until you get a sandy texture. Evenly distribute the crust mixture among 9 cups in a silicone muffin mold. Gently press down the mixture to create the crust at the bottom of each cup.
  • In a bowl mix together the Greek yogurt, FlavCity Vanilla Cream Protein Smoothie, and peanut butter powder until it’s well combined.
  • Distribute the yogurt mixture evenly among the 9 crusts, making sure to use all of the mix. Then pop the muffin mold into the freezer for about 3-4 hours to let the pies set.
  • Melt the chocolate using a double boiler, then remove the pies from the muffin mold and drizzle the melted chocolate over the top of each pie and enjoy!
  • Store any leftovers in the freezer. Let them sit out for a few minutes when you’re ready to enjoy them again.

NOTE: If using FlavCity plant-based protein smoothie, be sure to double the amount to 3 scoops.
