Protein Banana Pancakes

These homemade Protein Banana Pancakes are fluffy and so easy to make! They have only four ingredients, including bananas and FlavCity Protein Smoothie. Each pancake contains a whopping 11g of protein!

- Preheat the oven to 350 F.
- In a medium bowl mash bananas.
- Add eggs and mix well.
- Add FlavCity Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie, vanilla extract, and baking powder, and mix again.
- Add coconut flour, one tbsp at a time, and mix, checking for consistency after each addition. Batter should be thick, but still pourable.
- Add ghee to a hot griddle or pan. Pour 4 pancakes (1/4 cup each) onto greased griddle.
- Cook each side for 3 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Bake pancakes for 6 minutes.
- Top with shredded coconut and homemade strawberry sauce, or maple syrup, and enjoy!
