This decadent Protein Banana Pudding makes a great breakfast, snack, or dessert! It has a double dose of high protein because it’s made with both our FlavCity Vanilla Cream Protein Smoothie and Greek yogurt. And the Simple Mills Cinnamon Sweet Thins and fresh banana slices give it a slightly sweet taste–without loads of sugar–along with a crunchy and creamy texture. Something so good for you never tasted so delicious!Makes 1 Serving

- In a bowl, mix together yogurt, vanilla extract, and FlavCity Vanilla Cream Protein Smoothie until it’s smooth and creamy. Set aside.
- Peel and slice the banana into rounds.
- Using a Mason jar, layer the ingredients, starting with the crushed Sweet Thins, then a few banana slices, then some of the yogurt mixture, repeating until you fill the jar, and ending with a final layer of the crushed cookies.
- Cover and store it in the fridge for a minimum of four hours, or overnight for best results.
*Note: If using any FlavCity plant-based Protein Smoothies be sure to use 2 scoops instead of 1.
