This rich and gooey Protein Brownie is so delicious, you won’t believe that it’s grain-free and so good for you! It’s super moist and amped with protein from our FlavCity Brownie Batter Protein Smoothie. Plus, you can add a crunchy texture with the optional addition of chopped nuts. So, the next time you want a chocolatey treat, bypass the box mix and whip up a batch of these better-for-you brownies that will pair perfectly with a tall glass of cold milk!Makes 4 Servings

  • Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 4” x 6” baking dish with avocado oil spray or ghee.
  • Smash the banana in a bowl. Add in the egg, maple syrup, protein powder, and baking powder and mix well.
  • Add the pecans (if desired) and mix them into the batter.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish. Top with the chocolate chips and bake for 30 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool.
  • Cut into four pieces and enjoy!
