Our FlavCity Vanilla Cream Protein Smoothie makes them extra nutritious, and perfectly ripened bananas sweeten them with no added sugar. Ingredients
Directions
  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Prepare the wet ingredients. Peel and add the bananas to a large bowl and mash them to a pulp. Then crack in the eggs and mix until well blended.
  • Next add the remaining ingredients. First add the baking powder and vanilla extract and mix again until well blended. Then add the FlavCity Vanilla Cream Protein Smoothie and 4 tablespoons of paleo flour to start. Mix well, and add more as needed (up to a total of 9 tablespoons) until you achieve a texture that resembles thick pancake batter. If the batter gets too thick, add a splash of almond or dairy milk.
  • Then set the batter aside for 5 minutes so it can thicken.
  • Spray a ceramic muffin pan with avocado oil. Then fill each well with batter so it’s just over halfway up. Top with walnuts, if desired, and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. ENJOY!

*Note:

  • If using FlavCity plant-based protein smoothie, be sure to double the amount.
