Protein Rice Cakes are a fuel-filled snack with added protein to keep you satisfied and full. They’re made with peanut butter, fruit, and FlavCity Protein Smoothie for a delicious snack any time you crave one!

- In a double boiler, add the chocolate chips and stir until melted.
- Then in a separate bowl, mix together the peanut butter and FlavCity Protein Smoothie.
- Top each rice cake with about 2 tbsp of the peanut butter/protein mixture.
- Add the fruit toppings of your choice to each cake.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the top of each cake, then sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.
- Refrigerate for 10 minutes, or until the chocolate is set and enjoy!
