  • In a bowl add the milk with the FlavCity Protein Smoothie. Whisk to combine until smooth. Then add the chia seeds and sprouted oats. Give it another thorough mix, then transfer it to a mason jar. Cover the jar and stash it in the fridge overnight.
  • The next morning, mix together the greek yogurt and maple syrup. Top the overnight oats with that mixture, and dust it with the pumpkin pie spice and enjoy!
