You can never have too many recipes for overnight oats to keep breakfast time interesting. These Strawberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats are another great variation to add into your rotation. Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, chia seeds, FlavCity Protein Smoothie, coconut milk, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and water. Stir well until everything is fully incorporated.
- Divide the mixture evenly into 4 jars.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) to let the oats soften and absorb the flavors.
- When ready to eat, top with fresh strawberries and crumbled chocolate graham crackers. Enjoy it cold straight from the fridge!
Recipe notes:
- If using FlavCity plant-based protein be sure to double the amount to 4 scoops.
- If the oats seem too thick in the morning, stir in a splash of milk or water to loosen them up.
- The crumbled graham crackers stay nice and crispy when added right before eating the oats.
- Option: Stir in strawberry jam or a little softened cream cheese for added richness.
